Thank you for shopping at Vintage Soda. We specialize in authentic, pre-loved vintage bags and clothing. Because of the nature of vintage items, we maintain a strict No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges policy.
By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on Vintage Soda are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any change of mind, fit issues, or buyer's remorse.
2. Vintage Condition & "As Is" Nature
Vintage items are pre-loved and may show signs of age and wear. This is not a defect but a characteristic that adds to the item's history and authenticity.
Imperfections: Minor imperfections such as loose threads, tarnishing on hardware, slight fading, or subtle odors are inherent to vintage pieces and are not considered flaws.
Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs. However, please understand that all items are sold "as is." Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting .
3. Sizing and Fit
Vintage sizing differs significantly from modern sizing standards.
Responsibility: It is your responsibility to compare the detailed measurements provided in every product listing to a similar item you own to ensure a proper fit.
No Fit Returns: We cannot accept returns or exchanges because an item does not fit, even if you usually wear a certain "size" label.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, you must contact us immediately.
Notification Window: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Evidence: To report an issue, please reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item.
Resolution: We will review each case on an individual basis. If the claim is approved, we may offer a solution such as store credit. We do not offer refunds for the original payment method.
5. Shipping and Lost Packages
Carrier Responsibility: Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
6. Cancellations
Due to the quick turnaround of our unique vintage items, we cannot accommodate order cancellations once an order has been placed.
